How do we operate

Providing a range of property inspections, from home buyers surveys on new build properties to full building surveys on historic and listed properties.

After we establish a connection with you we will discuss the house details: including your individual requirements, constraints and time frames. Depending on the property’s size, we normally spend between 2 to 5 hours inspecting your entire property as per RPSA standards and guidance.

All our property inspection surveys contain a comprehensive report, written in easy-to-digest plain English and detailed with photographs. After the property inspection, we are ready to explain any defects in detail with you and provide professional advice on whether repairs will be required.
