Simon is a Property Inspections Surveyor, carrying-out home inspections and building surveys for the Preston and South Ribble area.

  • After gaining a degree in Construction Management from the university of Derby, Simon qualified as a secondary school teacher, teaching Design Technology. However, despite enjoying teaching, his real passion was for building construction, so he left his job and in 2019 began work as the first franchisee surveyor for Property Inspections based in Preston. Simon is a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association)

  • When not working, Simon loves spending time outdoors. He is an avid climber, skier and hiker and loves to relax with family by walking up a big hill, biking around a forest or canoeing a lake. He never says no to a chocolate hobnob and is currently trying to teach his 3-year-old how to hold a spirit level whilst wielding a hammer and nail.

  • Simon specialises in Residential property surveying and works out of Preston and covers ALL PR postcodes.
