Richard is a Shropshire based Surveyor workign for Property inspections, carrying-out home inspections and building surveys for the Shopshire and West Midlands area.

  • Before becoming a residential surveyor, Richard served in the British Army as a Royal Engineer, gaining valuable experience in construction, problem-solving, and working under challenging conditions. After leaving the service, he completed a Master’s degree in Building Surveying, further strengthening his technical expertise.
  • Richard went on to work as a civil engineer, contributing to road construction and a variety of infrastructure projects, before focusing his career on residential surveying.
  • He is a proud Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and applies his broad skill set to deliver precise, reliable, and professional property assessments for his clients.
